The history of our pasta factory brings with it a splendid family story that every day with its own market stall has begun to transmit genuine flavors and tastes through the sale of fresh pasta.
As a family, we have always been aware that creating solutions and taste satisfaction for people, passing down a tradition in an even more traditional place like the market, would give satisfaction to us too.The choice to sell fresh pasta on the market and its growing demand in 1997 pushed us to move from a back room laboratory to a first factory and then, in 2022, to an even newer, larger and low environmental impact one.
We have put together operational legacies, knowledge, ability and passion which in recent years have guided us in continuous evolution, up to the birth of our online store.
